Alchemy Family Farm comprises several businesses within one operation, however they are all supportive of one another, and add depth to the products and services we offer.
Alchemy Family Farm
We run a small market garden farm outside of Colfax, WI. We grow a large variety of heirloom vegetables, fruits & herbs in our fields and greenhouse, using sustainable farming methods, and only organic non-synthetic fertilizers in our operation. Much of our produce goes into our catering, retail food production, and is sourced out to local restaurants & grocery locations. We believe in the "Farm to Fork" philosophy that assures you & your family are getting the freshest, most healthful vegetables from a local source.

Retail Food Line
Alchemy Family Farm hand-manufactures a line of "grab & go" foods & artisan deli foods. A monthly variety of soups, salads & sandwiches can be found at at Just Local Foods in Eau Claire. A selection of our artisan container foods include, but are not limited to:
Hummus, Red Pepper & Cumin Hummus, Serrano Hummus, Aegean Tapenade, Smoked Salmon Mousse, Mushroom & Herb Spread, Curried Yam & Walnut Salad, Apple-Beet Salad, Artichoke Antipasti, Roasted Tomato Salsa, Salsa Verde, Tomato-Basil Mother Sauce, Harissa, and several more foods that are available seasonally. These items are sold in individual 8 oz./16 oz. containers.

Catering
We are a full service catering company, out of Foster Cheese Haus, that can accommodate all of your needs. We hand-design menus with each client for events of any size. We pride ourselves on using the best/local/organic products in our food preparation. Consulting
We provide a consulting service that incorporates most facets of the food service industry. Some of these services include menu design, staff training, kitchen and restaurant design, customer growth and retention, wine and beverage lists, service and anything else that would meet your specific needs. Consulting services are packaged to deliver the essentials for your individual situation.
